Our guides are intended to help readers understand a project and compare the scope of proposals. They are not inspections, quotations or proof of contractor availability.
Sources and review dates
We use provider pages for their advertised offers and official or manufacturer sources for relevant guidance. A source review date records when it was checked, not when its terms took effect. A live website alone does not verify a business or establish a partnership.
Prices and uncertainty
Price examples identify the source, location, unit and known inclusions. Unknown tax treatment or missing details must remain explicit. A provider example is not a national or local market average.
AI-assisted preparation
AI tools assist with research organisation, drafting and implementation. Sources and limitations remain necessary; AI-generated wording is not evidence. We do not invent reviews, completed projects, ratings or provider credentials.
Corrections and commercial relationships
A working corrections contact is not yet configured and is a public-launch requirement. Contractor payments must not be represented as independent verification or undisclosed editorial recommendations.
